gymineeKeeping track of all your nutrition/workout details originally struck me as something a statistician or someone obsessed with their body image would do, I’ve tried it out and so far it’s going great, although I have not yet been able to convince a friend to try it out with me, too much stigma attached to workout nerds. The site boasts a great range of workouts (free and pro versions) and choosing a workout to do and keeping track of it is very easy and actually quite motivating. However what’s much harder is inputting your weight goals and keeping track of what you eat/drink… call me undisciplined, but I eat what I want and when I want.
